David Robins is a partner at Sutts, Strosberg LLP. He practices in the areas of civil, commercial and class action litigation.

Mr. Robins has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario at trials, applications, motions and appeals.

His civil trial practice includes the prosecution of claims for wrongful conviction, product liability, wrongful dismissal and personal injury and the defence of professional negligence claims against lawyers.

As a member of a class action counsel team, Mr. Robins is or has been involved in the prosecution of actions relating to negligence, conspiracy, breach of contract, fraud, product liability and contaminated blood products.
