Sharon Strosberg is a partner at Sutts, Strosberg LLP.  She practices in the area of civil litigation with her practice focused almost exclusively in the area of class action litigation.

Sharon has appeared as counsel before all levels of courts in Ontario at trials, motions and appeals.

Sharon has particular expertise in class actions which involve food-borne illness (such as Escherichia coli and listeriosis) and outbreaks of illness in hospitals or long-term care facilities (such as Hepatitis, Clostridium difficile and Legionnaires’ disease).

Sharon is or has been involved in the prosecution of several class actions relating to explosions which forced residents out of their apartments or homes and caused extensive property damage.
