Thomas George Zuber, Q.C. was called to the Ontario bar in 1951. He was a sessional lecturer at the University of Windsor from 1955 to 1968 in commercial law and an instructor at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law from 1968 to 1972. After 17 years in practice specializing in civil and criminal law, he was appointed to the bench. In 1975, Mr. Justice Zuber was appointed to the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He returned to the trial division in 1990 when he was appointed regional senior judge for the southwest district of Ontario.

Upon his retirement from the bench in May 2002, Mr. Justice Zuber joined Sutts, Strosberg LLP. He has authored a text on criminal law, and is co-author of Canadian Law. Mr. Justice Zuber has been granted numerous awards and honourary degrees.
