William V. Sasso is a senior partner at Sutts, Strosberg LLP. He is an experienced civil trial and appellate counsel, with numerous reported cases on a wide range of legal subjects. He has particular expertise in complex commercial disputes, securities, antitrust, mass torts and corporate restructuring law.

He has appeared as lead counsel on a number of class action certifications. Currently, he is a member of the counsel team prosecuting, among others, the first class proceeding where leave was granted to commence an action for misrepresentation under Ontario’s Securities Act and certified for a global class of shareholders (IMAX).
